You create an account for your house or apartment, shared hunting lease, sports team, or church trip. Each person who pays a bill ( such as the phone, gas, cable or rent ) enters in what they paid. A "SlackerFactor" score is kept for each individual; this is a running average of how much they are owed against how much they owe others. The shame of a high SlackerFactor score will encourage laggards to pay up !
