If your Group's use of SlackerFactor will not exceed 60 days, such as a road trip or group camping trip, that is fine. Just create the account, add your users, record your payments and settle up between each other. The group account will not go away after 60 days, so you will still be able to refer to the recorded costs. You will not be able to enter new charges after 60 days unless you pay, but if you don't need to enter new charged, don't pay.
If you do not wish to pay via the Google Checkout button, you can also pay by mailing us a check or money order. Please email support at slackerfactor.com for details.
Should your data entered into SlackerFactor be lost, your recourse with us is limited to the amount you paid. (We do regular backups.)
If you wish to delete a group account, please email us. It is not a problem, but as several people may be members and wish to preserve copies of the data, we have not made this process automatic.
SlackerFactor does not use your email address for anything except operating the site.
If you need additional features, or some special help such as a backup of your group's data, or export of the data into another format, just email us and ask. Because the full group data might include the passwords and emails of several people, we need to talk to someone before giving out the whole thing; but a list of just the transactions is simple for us to do.
